About Us...

Some of my first memories of baking are of helping
my mother mix batter – anxious to taste
the finished product. 
She was my earliest inspiration for decorating cakes,
as she created most of the birthday cakes for me and
my sister – from simple number-shaped cakes
to more complex character cakes.

 I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from
Johnson & Wales University and I continue to take
cake decorating classes to keep up with
the ever-changing industry. 
The Fine Bake Shop started out to fulfill a need among
family and friends and has continued to grow.

I enjoy creating them!
